Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of the order confirmation being sent.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via support@mulmulbaby.com. Please provide your order number and clearly state your request for cancellation.

Cancellation requests made after the 48-hour cutoff period may not be possible as your order may have already been processed and/or shipped. In such cases, our standard return policy will apply.
