MulMulBaby Return and Refund Policy

MulMulBaby is committed to delivering ultra-soft, organic baby clothing with minimal environmental impact. To protect our small business and ensure sustainability, we have refined our return policy as follows:

A. General Return Policy

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date of receipt of goods.

  • Return Shipping:

    • Free return shipping on first-time returns only.
    • For subsequent returns or partial returns, a return shipping fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund.
    • We do not accept returns for partial orders under $10 (minus any discounts).
  • Condition of Items: Products must be new, non-worn, and include original sales receipt, gift receipt, or original packing slip, along with all tags.

  • Refund: Full purchase price of the products minus any discounts will be refunded to the original payment method. Standard shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Returns for orders that received complimentary shipping (valued at $50.00 USD or more) will incur a $7.00 USD standard shipping charge.

Process/Steps to Submit a Return Request:

  1. Click the "Request a Return" profile icon in the footer section of the store's menu, or click here

  2. Log in to your account by entering your email address and then clicking "Continue."

  3. Check your email for a six-digit verification code from MulMulBaby and copy it.

  4. Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

  5. Click "Request a return" for the relevant order.

  6. If your order has multiple items, select the specific items you wish to return.

  7. Choose a return reason and add a note for the store.

  8. Click "Request a return."

  9. MulMulBaby will send a prepaid return label upon receipt of the request.

Steps to Return the Package:

  1. Ship the package to one of the following addresses, including the original sales receipt, gift receipt, or original packing slip, and all tags. The merchandise must be new, non-worn, and non-washed.

  2. Upon receipt, MulMulBaby will inspect the package for adherence to refund guidelines.

  3. If guidelines are met, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  4. If the return product does not meet the guidelines, MulMulBaby will contact you with a detailed explanation.

B. Refund Policy for Defective/Damaged Goods

  • Initiate Contact: Email support@mulmulbaby.com within 7 days of receiving the package. Include pictures and a description of the damaged/defective item, along with the order number.

  • Confirmation: MulMulBaby will assess and inspect your claim and respond with an approval or rejection within 3 business days, providing supporting details.

  • Refund: Upon approval, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

C. Exchanges

  • MulMulBaby's policy for exchanges is to return the item you have (following the general return policy) and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

D. Important Notes to Prevent Misuse:

Excessive or repeated returns may result in account review and potential restriction from future orders. Items purchased during clearance or final sale events are non-returnable. One prepaid return label per order will be issued. Additional returns for the same order will require the customer to bear shipping costs. We track return behavior and reserve the right to limit returns or deny refunds for abuse of the policy.

E. Promotion Terms: Buy One, Get One (BOGO)

All items purchased under the Buy 1, Get 1 (BOGO) campaign at mulmulbaby.com are considered Final Sale. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms:

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the deep discounts offered during this campaign, items purchased as part of a BOGO deal are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit for "change of mind," incorrect size selection, or preference.

  • The "Bundle" Rule: The BOGO offer constitutes a single transaction of two items. We do not accept partial returns of only the "paid" or "free" item.

  • Hygiene & Safety: All items sent to our customers are brand new and have never been handled or returned, maintaining our high safety and hygiene standards.

  • Out of Stock & Substitutions: If your selected "Free" item becomes unavailable during processing, mulmulbaby.com reserves the right to substitute it with an equivalent product of equal or lesser value based on the closest available match.
