Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.
Shipping cost
- Orders under $75.00: a flat $7.00.
- Orders of $75.00 or more: shipping is free.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched from Davie, Florida within 48 hours of being confirmed. Delivery is usually 3-4 business days after dispatch.
Items we cannot take back for hygiene reasons
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used, washed or worn cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please check that an item is right for you before washing or wearing it.
This does not apply if the item arrived damaged or faulty. If it did, email support@mulmulbaby.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will refund you in full. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under applicable law.
Returns and shipping charges
- Your first return from an order is sent back to us free, whatever the order was worth.
- If you send something else back from the same order afterwards, a $7.00 shipping charge is deducted from that refund.
