Delivery Timeline:

Order dispatch may take up to 48 hours once the order is confirmed and expected delivery will be within 3-4 business days from the day of dispatch. 

Returns, Refunds, or Replacement on Hygiene-Sensitive Products

  • Due to hygiene reasons, products which are used, washed or worn are non-returnable, non-replaceable, and non-refundable. We do not offer returns, replacements, or refunds for these items under any circumstances.
  • Returns for orders that received complimentary shipping (valued at $50.00 USD or more) will incur a $7.00 USD standard shipping charge

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the deep discounts offered during this campaign, items purchased as part of a BOGO deal are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit for "change of mind," incorrect size selection, or preference.

  • The "Bundle" Rule: The BOGO offer constitutes a single transaction of two items. We do not accept partial returns of only the "paid" or "free" item.

  • Hygiene & Safety: As we carry products for kids, this policy ensures that all items sent to our customers are brand new and have never been handled or returned, maintaining our high safety and hygiene standards.

  • Out of Stock & Substitutions

    We strive to fulfill every order exactly as requested. However, due to high demand during BOGO campaigns:

    • Right to Substitute: If your selected "Free" item (color, size, or design) becomes unavailable or out of stock during processing, mulumubaby.com reserves the right to substitute it with an equivalent product of equal or lesser value.

    • Selection Criteria: Substitutions will be chosen based on the closest available match to your original selection to ensure you still receive a high-quality product for your baby.
